Problem when buying credit!

    Hello, I efetuei the purchase of $ 100 to receive 11,500 of credit, and are received 8722, following the photo as proof, please buy me teh missing I bought this as the announcement is the first time it happens and always buy and never had problems!

    You are even luckier than me, you got atleast 8K credits but mine i got nothing out of it. i already posted my problems about that but i think there is an action for this. i think it is bug. i know ADMINS / HAMs are currently fixing this problem. hey Sir Admins maybe you could also refund my 3.5K VIP that i've donated i lack 1 Elite Arb Cloth Part Pauldrons

    My first question.
    Did you actually do what it says in the little text above the payment and such? It does somewhat say what you have to do to contact them when payment issues arise. Also, considering this is the weekend. So, they may get back to you on a business day (Monday)

    I have nothing to prove, is a picture of proof, $ 100 equals 11,500 credit, and this appearing credited 8722, this proof that I paid $ 100 for paid market does not like me to change the value to pay! so he missed 2,778 credit to fall into my account ... when you will buy credits have the options of payment and $ 100 is worth 11,500 credit, want to know why did not fall for me this total credit if I paid the value total $ 100, why not have as you change this value to pay!

    Take a picture of the Merchant's offer.

    Then take this picture:

    Go to Paymentwall's Email support. Link these two pictures plus your receipt on your email and send it to them with an explanation saying that you bought the credits but didn't receive the full credits. Wait 1 - 2 business days. Then see response.

    And, you need to still contact either super-rewards or payment wall with an inquiry.
    So that they may provide you support for that.
    Your proof yes, shows that someone paid for credits, though it does not show who.

    You really need to contact either Super-Rewards or Payment Wall with donation questions when it comes to what they are showing. We don't control their systems and or automation. If, they explain that it is something on our side then we will be more than happy to conduct that investigation. However, with out you taking the first step and contacting them for further information and or correction.

    Even providing an unedited screenshot, would be more useful to anything we could do for you.
