since this server made leveling up super easy, almost no effort (few quests an you will have the max level), why not make enchanting items (armors, plumes, weapons, access) easier too...

On the official server, I have a hard time socketin manastones without failing every attempt. And getting enchants above +5 are annoying and expensive.

Plumes seem the same.

What was going on through your head when you thought that easy plume tempering would be a good idea on this server?

 

I do not know if people realize it, but with each feature like auto-leveling (the character itself and the crafting skills), the game-play is getting pretty much boring. For some people it might be very useful, because less stress or "wasting" time with it. But questing for example gave players to get along with their class, they actually learned how to use it. Nowadays people are getting pretty lazy. Just log in and check where the most people's current location is. It'll be Santcum/Pandaemonium.

My point is, even Gamez Aion is a high rate server, Admins should keep in mind not to make the game useless in the end. It's not fun when you have everything, you know. Comparing to retail, Gamez is a joke when we talk about rates, which is fine because that's why people play on private servers, right? But I do believe there is a border. The enchanting system and the manastone socketing system are already pretty fine. And about the plumes, there is a reason why they fail rate is so high. Just think about the trades which some people are doing.

 

I really enjoyed gamezaion when the best set was anuhart, and afterwards EGT.. Hell even ABG later on.

Why? Because you could make a character and level it up, which would usually take about a day or two if you had help. Afterwards you would run Dark Poeta in order to get a gear which would allow you to actually PvP. Later on it was even more fun. For glads we would run Draupniv Cave, and for templars or chanters Adma Stronghold. I remember doing like 200 runs just to get an ice black spear xD. Fun times and everything was harder and a lot more rewarding.

Im not saying that you can't run instances now. But the problem is that even if you run instances and get some decent pve stuff, you will still be outgeared by everyone else. Making it actually pointless to even waste time on instances.

I think the only challenging and fun part about Gamez right now is the trading system. For collectors and new comers trading could still be a fun part of the gameplay. Personally i hated how pvp was set in this server, at least , last time i checked.

When you get everything from the start, levels, upgrades, some "ok" starter gear, and the top gear available in the credit shop, then the only thing remaining is good old PvP. The problem though, is that pvp is no longer fun because people have stopped fighting with pride (or even fighting generally). And when they do fight, they create threads about how they beat their opponents and how their opponents suck. Clap Clap.

Inggison was an alright map for duo pvp.

But i had my best time in theobomos freefly zone, freakin awesome. I remember 1 particular glad that i kept raping down there. C...ough

I came to Gamez right when EGT came out. Hella fun indeed. I also remember us running with sins in inggi/gelk xD was amusing too.

Nowadays, I even get people pre-casting skills in a duel just to win it lol. It's hillarious. Not worth spending time on it anymore.

That's just my 2cents though.
