Yup glory points completely fucked the private servers lol. No one wants to pvp just for pvp's sake.

 

REMOVE BG EVENTS COMPLETELY!!!!! LET THE PLAYERS DECIDE WHICH WAY OF PVP THEY PREFER!!!!!!!

OPEN WORLD PVP is the ANSWER!!!!

I dont agree on this since LUMIEL have a low population, just remove the IS (Infinity Shard) on SIEL, Siel`s players deserve no IS , so we will be back to old day, Ser kinah please

 

i suggest to close that sieges,just let like was before,some of the fortress to asmo and some to elyos(ratio need to be 50/50)and to put as reward GP/kill..like was with medals.of couse,if this is possible
and i agree that ideea to remove the bg's even if some guys cannot play if they don't have full skills,dp,and other things when they join in 1vs1 or the others auto events or to make that events 2-3 times in a day and remove that trading ap machine:Training 1vs1

 

Negga please, Sieges are not the problem, since non of you is giving a fuck when its siege time ,just Fix the Lv.65 Abyss weapon vendors and Kaldor Portal for Asmos.

 

Closing sieges would be great but probably won't ever happen. I remember Mix before sieges existed.... Mix was always full now it's hard to find any decent PVP but I'm not sure if sieges alone caused mix to get so inactive overtime.

They should add glory points each time you kill a player in mix/ffa.

Siege is not the problem, if you want GP you can go do Marchutan Priory for some Arena and gain 52 GP everytime you win a match.

 

Well, just think about this, im prefering to Lumiel, without BG events its hard to encounter an opponent, coz the population is fucking low and i agreed about what you said only to Siel server. Dont you get it ! ~DAMN !

 

no.i dont go to siege,but are another guys who go there,they are higher ranks and they have starter items,2 of that high ranked guys cannot kill 1 guy who's rank 7 but he have a good gear
and no,i dont like to stay afk and waiting to receive GP's

Listen man, higher rank they got higher AP you gain from them, well you are not talking about your self, they want to get high rank coz they want too, coz they cant reach it if they just do pvp coz they are noob, at least they made their dreams came true, and if this bothers you , you can Press ESC Option then show title instead of rank.

Listen man, before saying such thing, higher rank gives higher amount AP, they are noobs easy to kill they got higher rank than u if you kill them u get higher AP, LOL (GP GAINING HIGH RANK item pak existed u can gear no RANK requirments so GP is useless, AP give GEAR)

In the latest Aion 4.5 update, new PvP ranking system was introduced – Honor Points system! That does this system change? Basically, it “force” high ranking players (1-Star Officers + ) to be active, otherwise they will lose theirs Honor Points (and rank) everyday! No more “farming a millions of AP and staying lazy”

Then this new system went live on Korean 4.5 PTS all current Abyss Points and ranks were calculated again. The more AP you owned, the more Honor Points you got (AP items stored in the bank/inventory weren’t calculated so you must exchange them before this change goes live on normal servers if you want to have a higher rank).

Players who are below level 50 or have less than 30,000 AP didn’t receive Honor Points.

After the change every player will have two systems to calculated Abyss Ranks.

• Soldiers Rank 9 to 1 are still calculated based on Abyss Points (these ranks do not own Honor Points)
• Officers 1-Start to Army Governor are calculated based on Honor Points (they still own Abyss Points but they are not the base to calculate 1-Officer + ranks any more)

How to obtain Honor Points

• Sieges – in Katalam / Danaria (win +100-300 points, lose +50-150 points), Upper Abyss (win +100-200 points, lose +50-100 points)
• PvP Instances – Ophidan Battleground 6vs6 (up to 50 points), Kamar Battlefield 12vs12 (up to 50 points), Eternal Battlefield 24vs24 (win 150 points + 50/20 points from quests)
• Arena of Glory – (up to 300 points)
• Instances – Killing Hyperion in Infinity Shard (600 points, divided for all 12 players sp 50 each).
• Quests – Blood Marks daily (3 points each) and weekly quests (100 points)

How many Honor Points you lose

• Players don’t lose Honor Points, if they are killed by other player or monster.
• Players lose Honor Points automatically everyday – The higher is your rank (Officer 1-Star + ) the more Honor Points you lose everyday (so players need to be active to not lose theirs ranks).
• Players with Rank 9-1, don’t lose Honor Points (coz they have none) and also theirs lose of Abyss Points while being killed by other player was decreased.
• Buying Abyss items only decrease your Abyss Points, not Honor Points.

3 things that has killed mix pvp:
1) Sieges. I've never understood why people even bothered with this...
2) BG events. People would port out just to join these events.
3) The most recent one are the AMS. They believe hosting events right in the middle of mix is the smartest idea.
