Anime/Manga Discussion

If there's any flaw on this one, it's the fact the show is indeed episodic. At this rate I'm not even expecting overarching plot anymore as the show goes on but I can definitely tolerate it's episodic nature because it's just too good to miss. The only thing that needs proper is explanation now is probably the identity of the black-haired woman, who is she and how she got to Queen Decim.

Also, it's entertaining to read people's opinion about why a Queen Decim "customer" should or shouldn't go to heaven or hell. It makes a good discussion at the very least.

 

Yeah, I don't mind it either The discussions on r/anime are pretty good.

 

I'm pretty good man and yes i have read tokyo ghoul re. Though, i'm might stop reading it for some excitement :>

 

I think I'll stop for 5-8 weeks to go on a reading spree, IF the reviews don't hype me which is impossible lol.

 

anyone feels like The seven deadly sins is way too fast paced compared to the manga? they even spoiled shit that they haven't said on the manga, I'm not liking where its going. Who would've thought that merlin the boar sin of gluttony stopped meliodas from leaving the kingdom?

Yeah it's a pretty awesome shounen show. I loved it and also it has pretty high ratings on myanimelist. :3 Also make sure if you watch it to watch the 2011 version.

HxH? Absolutely loved it. It's one of those shows that you just can't stop watching, even if the MC is less than half your age. It follows the Manga more than the first anime adaptation (a lot like FMA:B), and I'd still be watching it to this day if it kept on going. Which it didn't. q.q

Damn, the producers that are going to work together in this, P.A. Works(animation), Aniplex, Key(soundtrack) not to mention Jun Maeda (script & story) is in it too. No reason not to look forward on this one now.

I just wish they would start an anime of Rewrite after this. It's about damn time they make one.

 

@LordCurlyFry I'm on episode 18 or so of Hunter x Hunter 2011 and I gotta be honest, I'm really hyped tho, I can't wait to see Killua's killing techniques and more of him. Gon is a BEAST imo, although he is not from some royal family of assassins or shit but he was raised in an island as a fisherman and is well trained and has talent by nature. The moment Gon and Killua tried to take the ball from the old man on the air ship was epic as hell, you can tell he is going to be a beast in the future episodes! please don't spoil lol.

On another matter, WHAT THE FUCK MAN! THE CENSORSHIP on Tokyo ghoul root A, WHAT THE FUCK? I mean really?. And what the hell was that? they completely changed the Anime version of what really happened. On the manga, Ken kaneki was eating Shinohara's Arata and made him dirt, and then he fought Amon disarming him, giving him mercy. Here Amon took on Kaneki in his Kakuja form? REALLY? THIS DUDE JUST TOOK A KAKUJA QUINQE and a simply Dual quinque left by Mado san crushed Kaneki? I seriously want to murder whoever made the animation dude.


On Bleach Manga chapter 614 you've got to be fucking kidding me. Ichigo killing the soul king? Kubo please end this madness for humanity's sake and suicide, thanks.

never heard of it but I bet is some nasty shit lol that dude is creepy just look at his picture and wonder what could possibly be going through his head.

 

It's not in rl though. Probably not. Just in every chapter of bleach, there's a panel of a foot. There almost always been panels of feet, and there will be until he finishes.

It's probably just to make it seem longer though.

 

@LordCurlyFry do you think that if Mad House would've done Tokyo Ghoul's animation they would've censored all the bloody mess?? Mad House has mad animation and I really gotta give it to them. Hunter X Hunter 2011 its a really really good and consistent. Every episode gets better and better, I'm on episode 64 at moment and I really love this anime already. Just wished Tokyo Ghoul would've had a animation studio like Mad House tho.

 

Hunter x Hunter will get pretty bloody towards the end, fair warning. It's not so much need for censoring... but I enjoy it nonetheless. It grows from a childrens anime to something more... mature.
