Solved I can not login. Help!

I'm coming to play but I can not login, I have done everything sent do more when I enter my login and password that speaks in the image below and the website and the forum can not login normally, please help me, thanks for listening.

Can you please check in what version is your game? (version.ini) Can be found in your main Aion folder.

I have a quick questions, just to make something sure, have you recently logged in into your account? When was the last time you logged in?

 

To add, maybe changing the password will help since some letter characters are not recognized by the game client.

if ur char are not recognized then ur vertion is not same with courently vertion u need to upgrade and then downgrade it to 4.7
