Solved ? Item.pak ?

Hi
I think i have a little problem with my item.pak, and i really don't know what is happening.
Yesterday when i login my account i saw those 2 situations on my itens:

Rank Restrictions in all Governor itens, i can still using but why??


WOC lvl 2 with restrictions to deposit on account warehouse and other things, why? i tried to pass to another character and i couldn't, why?


I didn't changed anything on my client, my item.pak is normal like always but now i got this weird bug.

 

Delete the current itempak you are using and re extract the one provided on this link and put it inside your
Aion\data\usa\items folder.

 

Somehow Item.pak got problems. I can't store remodeled/ascended items into my WH (WOC2, access, weapons) same as the images above. BTW, I used the latest Item.pak from the link the you staffs provided. And my client version is 4.7.0.6......

 

I already delete my current item.pak and download it again, i use that one provided on the thread about item.pak, but didn't worked...

Yesterday i decided to try something different: I run the gamez aion launcher as administrator and it work lol ^^
Idk why the difference btw run normal and run as administrator but still working for me ^^
