Reports and the Infinite Waiting

The thing is I don't think there's any rule that says players who hack are to get IP banned so if the decision on reports gets delayed unreasonably every time, then the player can keep hacking as much as he wants since he can always move his gears as soon as he finds out he's being reported. It's one of the few reasons why we send our reports via PM because some of the staff members are close to the people being reported and we're sure that the fact that their friend is being reported is going to reach the person, so yea, in short we don't just trust anyone even among staff members but @Marz has put out a report in open forums so to further support his report, @piMike and @Orzzzz decided to post the proofs they've gathered so far.

I kinda don't get this. The player on those reports is now banned or still under investigation? Because you said "in a way" so it makes it a bit confusing.

Bottom line here is this, if you're popular player it appears that you can hack as much as you want, just get "an ear inside the staff" that would let you know you're being reported then move your gears every time you get reported or that's what it appears like because as @Dimitra mentioned, it seems that it takes considerably long time for popular players to get banned regardless how solid the proofs are or much worse, they don't get banned at all or they get unbanned without proving the player is legit just like what happened on @Aqualie 's report. It's long enough that you can always get away having your gears stuck in a banned account.

 

Are these reports still under investigation?

5 days after the reports were made, I created this thread. It's been 4 days since this thread is created, that makes 9 days of "investigation" so far.

Is this case that hard to solve that 10 minutes of work turns into 10 days? I have no idea if the report has been taken care of as no staff has bothered to reply here or on the report threads.

I just hope we don't get something like "the proofs are insufficient" so the player isn't banned because if those are insufficient then I don't know what is sufficient proof anymore. I also hope we don't get something like "the player has been unbanned and the reason is info we cannot share". I can only take so much bullshit, please don't fill it up so fast.

Both reports have been moved to Completed reports section without any reply from any staff member on what has been the decision on those reports. Damn, I sure hope that someone isn't trying to bury this one hoping people would forget about it...

So, if you wanna "hack" with out any worries you have to get closer to the superiour staff? Sigh, i also wondered why when "famous" people gets reported the decision takes soooo long to be procesated?, just as Stark said, it should be a 10 min action, like, if any of the staff members have doubts, get all the staff to review the video and collect opinions and thoughts, so everyone have a different or the same point of view.

The report threads were thrown into "Complete" Section, which i have no idea how they meant this, the report wasnt even replied by any staff and its complete??? lol....

I am quite sorry but, to be honest?
The animations are completing fully for that player. Yes, they look fast, dual wield glad is fast.
Either way, the animations were able to be replicated by one of our current S.AM's.

However, we really do not owe an explanation as to when, and or if a player is banned and or unbanned to anyone outside of that player themselves, so stop asking for them because you will not be given them.
