Solved about godstone

Hey guys.
Is it possible to get Godstone: Khrudgelmir's Silence in Dark Poeta?
I tried to kill Mutated Fungie but i didnt get drop...

 

maybe rating drops that godstone only 10% or less. i think Godstone: Khrudgelmir's Silence still sold in IM shop
if u want to get that without credit, u must kill the big boss or say "WTB"

Yea i checked and killed mobs which aiondatabase told, but nothing I went to dark poeta 2 times...

 

Silence and Blind stones do indeed drop.
They are not 10/10 though as those are credit specific items.
The ones that do drop are 5%/8second, and they do have a really low drop chance.

10/10 Are not even available on Retail so the drop notes for them are somewhat wrong.

 

try your luck in idian depth i dropped 2 of them there when i was farming ancient ms! even if they are 5%\8 sec they proc a lot more than 10/10

Just farm the mobs/bosses that are listed on Aion Datebase. This is a godstone, so of course it's gonna be rare and you will have to farm DP WAY more than 2 times.

You can't get the 10/10 cause that's a listed credited item in webshop that you can purchase with toll (1k.) But that's the second best one imo ;3

Honestly, in some cases, I would agree about the 5/8% godstones. Dunno if they are the same with the gold ones but I have that same feeling that they proc more often than the 10/10 ones.

As far as I can remember, any mob can drop a godstone, it's just that the probability of it dropping is really really really low except for the monsters that were mentioned above which I'm not sure if it actually has a higher chance of dropping.

 

Afaik long time ago the godstone drops were changed from certain mobs to literally any mob.. So going to aiondatabase and looking up which mobs drop them is not going to help as the drop is random and on random mobs like JM said..

It's like the crafting fluxes. Aiondatabase tells you only certain types of mobs drop it, but they can literally drop from tons of others too.. Now if you want a location you can try what cocosul said and go to Idian Depths.. That place is known to drop everything! ^-^

 

Where is this place in ID? I mean what mobs drop it?

 

I got an 8/5 Silence GS from Steel Rake instance (forgot to screenshot though)
I also got an 8/5 Blind GS from Tiamaranta Mobs.

 

I would say go to the middle on the canals where the spiders/centipede looking things are.. I know they drop many things, maybe you are lucky enough to find some there who knows?
Keep in mind though.. Idian Depths is accessible by both races so I'm giving you a warning.. It's not that populated, but people go there to farm sometimes so you might stumble across some people!

I remember back in the day before the drops were changed to random, we would farm in Marla Cave in Theobomos Elyos Side. You can try your luck there because it has many mobs to kill, but still, let me say again that the godstone drops were changed to drop from different mobs and not the ones that aiondatabase says..

And I'm sure that you understand that it is indeed random if you look at Oyasumi's post too ^-^ I'm just suggesting locations for you because I know there are a lot of mobs to kill around there And as Oyasumi said, Steel Rake would be a really good choice aswell! So many mobs to kill in there.

if you want a silence godstone that bad, do the officer chain quest and you'll be guaranteed of one.

note that these are "chain" quests, meaning you'll have to start from killing rank 9 ppl.
