For me I use 10/10 silence but if you can use 2 good harps then use blind for melee classes and silence for magic.

I have two harps one with silence and one with blind.. My build of my set is MB/HP so the blind harp has MB/HP manastones so I can survive a bit longer against plates (cause I use the blind harp against plates obviously), and the silence harp has MB/MA manastones.. I switch between the two really fast depending on who I'm fighting, and I find it really OP ^_^

 

Songweaver already has bind and silence why do you even need silence/blind gs

Either fire or any of the other three. Between Water, Earth and Wind, none comes out ahead in any way, while a fellow gunner or sorc can additionally boost the fire one's damage with Hotshot / Flame Fusion, though there may be a few others that I'm forgetting. (We're not talking SM here because their skills reduce all elemental resistances evenly).

 

I suggest silence So lovely when my silence procs 5x in a single fight

 

Bottom line is, SW = faggot class. I've made one myself coz...can't beat em? join em lmao.

This is up to you, i just don't like the paralyze one, for now i'm using the blind one, which is pretty interesting because we Songweavers are very paper, in a face to face against a meele class, specially gladiators and templars, you have to run a lot, keep distance from them, even if we bind them with Composer bar, if the godstone procs, it's just another option to retard the opponent xD
About Silence, it's a good choice too, against magic classes, you will have another chance to retard them if the godstone procs, specially if you know how to cover the silence, against a cleric (a skilled cleric) i think will not make too much difference, specially if he's full MR with more than 2800, the chance proc will be very, very low, and, you cannot cover the silence even the Quaver skill if he's good at Cleanse, he will just clean your debuffs, use healing potion at your Quaver, and if the godstone procs after he uses the healing potion (which is rare), you will be very lucky and probably have 30 seconds (i'm not sure if this is the CD) to kill the cleric. (remembering i'm just talkin about godstones, when we're talkin about Songweaver, there's a lot of options like, remove his mana xD)
About the damage options, i really don't know about the difference of the elementals... which is better ...
But when it procs, the damage is very nice, but the chance is very low, only 1%, if you're very sure about your skills and can handle with only the silence and blind skill, i suggest you use the damage option, but if you're not that sure about your skills, silence of blind is better, they are just a second chance of retard the opponent xD

This is just my opinion based on my experiences, i'm not telling this is the law or i'm 100% sure about general facts, my opinion is based on my own facts xD

 

I would tell you that if you're not ridiculously rich to afford two of the same harps for a blind AND silence godstone, go silence.. For me melees are much easier to control than magic classes, and you will need a silence godstone for fighting other really good SWs and really good clerics more than you will need a blind to fight melees.. If in the future you have money to buy another harp then get a blind godstone. I got my second harp after playing bard for quite some time ^_^

Anything will work on them sersly but if you are using the new weapon then 10% silence will be the best because it has the highest proc rate of any godstone. After that you could try blind but its really not needed imo just lets u face tank them when it actually procs while u cast ur nukes....if not that then go with either para or 4k dmg although 4k dmg will have a very low proc rate esp on full geared toons.
