Solved Vote System problem

Hello, i have an issue with the voting system , i didn't vote since the day before yesterday , tryed to vote today an i got the "error" ( i could say) "You already voted!Try again in 711 mins" | The same thing on all options, i checked and my account wasn't credited. "In case of a visual bug or something."

I tryed with another browser , same error.
Cleared the Cache too

So what can i do next?

Did you make sure to click the link to go back to gamez website after the vote was casted? or did you just click the back button?
I get that issue only when i hit the back button on my browser instead of rederecting via link back to Gamez aion Vote Page.

 

I would say since Gabi's suggestion didn't work, wait today and try again tomorrow. I have encountered the problem too sometimes but not with all the links.. I kow it's quite frustrating to lose some credits but there's nothing I could do unfortunately

If the problem persists tomorrow then we have to think of something but do you mind waiting today so we're sure it's not a permanent problem?

 

Hello sir, do you play in a personal computer or Cyber coffee with others Aion's players? If you play in your own house, there's another person voting to gamez at the same time as you? (like a brother or a friend who plays too) If the answer is "no", try to restart your router, maybe can solve the problem ^^

If the problem persists we'll have to do something! For now though.. I've encountered this before. After a day it goes away normally.

 

i did wait , around 3 days. This is the 3rd day that i can't vote.

Hmm. Whenever I get this it means I cleared my history and already voted before, or on a different account o;..

 

Voting problem its an old issue that no1 could fix it.......lame staff....just money money money.......2 years i could not vote...thx god i quit this game....the only thing i miss about gamez now are the players ....

 

You must be exaggerating a bit.. Please don't tell players that something was never fixed when it was fixed for almost everybody..
There is a solution. We already told him to try something he hasn't tried before. If it doesn't work we'll come up with something else.. No need to tell people it will never be fixed when it can and probably will be fixed! >.<

This sometimes has to do with having a dynamic IP. Lots of people encountered this type of problem. Notice sometimes that when you lose your internet for a few seconds your IP changes. Well that happens to me since I have dynamic IP and that is how it is in my country. You only get a static IP if either your subscription is a business line (cafes, school, hospital, gov offices, etc...) or pay extra to your internet provider. Won't lose anything if you tried what Dimi suggested. As far as I remember, it helped some people having the same problem. Good luck.

 

Still, if you try to vote on an account through another computer (and obviously IP) it says the ACCOUNT has already been voted on. Can't be that then

 

True. Dunno happens to me sometimes, I vote now it goes through, the next let's say 13 hours, it then would give me a cool down. I get disconnected like 3-5 times in a day for like 10 seconds for each disconnection and I'll have 3-5 different IP addresses too. Weird stuff but meh at least I still got internet no matter how shitty it is. Sigh.
