Solved How to fix this Problem ;(

So, first question.

Are you trying to play on a windows pc or a windows environment on a mac?

 

on windows Pc. (Windows 7 [Ultimate])

 

Okay. So, there are a few things to do or try.

First, I would suggest trying to download the following and install it first.
Bin32
Bin64
Those folders once downloaded and extracted from the .rar (You need WinRAR, or 7zip) copy and paste into the AION Directory. Select 'Copy and Replace' for all conflicts.

If at that time, AION Still does not want to run the following, may or may not fix it.

• Go into your AION directory and delete system.cfg. The game will recreate it upon the next time you run it.
• Next, restart your computer and try to run AION. If it still pops up the error then continue to the next.

• Update your graphics card drivers. (Go to your graphics card manufacturer website). If you do not know what graphics card you have goto control panel, device manager, display adapter.
• Restart computer again, and try to run AION.

If that then again fails.
Go to start menu, click 'Run'
Type regedit
In that window that pops up.

• Goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER
  • SOFTWARE
    • AION
    • Delete the AION Folder there. It will not do anything, the registry entries will be remade on next game launch.
    • DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE AION Folder.

Run AION.

If at that point you are still having issues, please reply and we'll see if we can figure out any other options.

Alright. Let us know here if any of those possible solutions worked and which one.

 

The system didnt recreated it.

 

Please go into your Aion folder and create a folder called "Aionlog".
After that, you should have two files in your Aionlog folder, post the contents of both of these files please.
(link, if you don't know what I'm talking about)

 

Theres no Aionlog folder here o.o

 

Am willing to do Teamviewer to be easier :3

 

How About downloading another Aion? & AND Delete the Old One? I think?

 

takes too much time :3 big files.

can you create a screenshot of your Aion registry config?
: run command: regedit
: go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> (If you are running a 64bit system) Wow5432Node -> NCWest

Now you should see two folders: AION & NCLauncher / make a screenshot of both folders. And a screenshot where you installed the client.

Make sure you updated all drivers,Windows Runtime, and Windows Update.
Did Aion work before ? Every small hint can help.

Please try this method!
Very simple, you will have to download a file System.cfg which is provided below, and then follow these instructions.
Go to your Computer
C:\
Program Files (x86)
NCSOFT
Aion
there you should see a ( System.cfg ) File.
please download the file provided in the link below put it in your aion folder and right click it and ( extract here ), you will be promted to replace the file (CLICK YES)
- Lowest Graphics Setting (System.cfg) File Download <--- Click me!

Let us know if this does not work.
