Solved "/checkentry" problem

how do I fix this? as you can see, the amount of entries I can enter instances all shows as "???"...

This only happens in Gamez. If I play in retail server NA, this works perfectly and this bug doesn't happen.

I believe it is supposed to appear like that in Gamez (sadly) until you enter and come out. Once you come out, it should show you the cooldown until the next time you can enter again. I don't think it's you or anything wrong with your client

 

Dimi dear, i have the same issue "????" but when i enter and come out, the cooldown appear , so the "????" means "no cooldown" right?

 

Yeah if we take it that way we can pretty much agree that if it shows ??? it means you can enter right now A pretty.. weird visual bug but I guess it doesn't hurt since the timer appears after leaving the instance ^_^

I have a problem like this too but it is always with "?????" and the cooldown never shows even after exiting the instance. I'd only know that I am on cd if the leader tells me. Sometimes I can go in IS twice and not get CD which means the max entry count is 2 right but sometimes I can only enter once and I get the cooldown. I hope this is one of the things that get fixed on the update that we hope would happen very soon. . .

 

I was also told "sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't".. It's weird I would check but I'm not on my home computer

Yes, it isn't just you. And no, players shouldn't be able to permanently fix it by themselves unless it is fixed in an update The temporary solution is what I told you, it can show the cooldown after exiting the instance.
Just a visual bug, that's all.
