Solved Character Creation

So i'm not sure if this is a problem or not but every time I go and try to create a character it says "You cannot create anymore characters on this server". Now I have recently deleted a few characters because I keep making new to see which classes I want to keep. It says when I delete a character that it takes about 8 hours do I need to actually wait 8 hours to create another character?

 

After deleting any character from your account, exit client and wait for 3-5 minutes to login back and try to create a new character

 

Apparently yes. That "cooldown" was implemented so people couldn't exploit the free 1k stack of Stigma Shards far as I know.

As already mentioned, no, you don't need to wait.
I'm not sure why but I once tested it out to see what it took to reset the cooldown. I tried restarting the client, it didn't work. I tried logging off and relogging, didn't work that time. It seemed like.. the only way to get it to work was to just try all these things many times and see when you get lucky!

I would advise to just do what @xYuffyx said, restart the client and if that doesn't work just keep trying! You certainly don't have to wait for 8 hours
