    I guess I'll make this my official quit thread cuz the last one was closed by a mod on my request to close it.
    I've also listed all my Manastone Builds on my video thread, take a look if you are interested.

    Mission of Death (Duel Only Video)
    Duels Against
    vs Reverence - "GaMetal - Zero Two"
    vs Grandeur - "Pronobozo - 100 Ft High Remix"
    vs Shelo - "Pronobozo - 100 Ft High Remix"
    vs Redjenny - "[Electro] - Fractal - Atrium [Monstercat Release]"
    vs Queensydney - "[Electro] - Fractal - Atrium [Monstercat Release]"
    vs Death - "Xionic Madness - Demon Lord Battle"

    @vesiinabox @Shelo

    Since the community has given me so much... my last contribution, along with the manastone builds and last video, is a Graphic Card Giveaway! I am giving away my OLD GRAPHIC CARD because I just got by mail a GTX 960.

    This means I will officially put the nail in the coffin for Aion, since I can move onto more graphic intensive games AND still record for my Youtube Channel (whether it be Witcher 3, ArcheAge... if I even have time during rotations LOL). I've always had a tradition of giving my old graphic cards away (like I mailed my GTX465 to a legionmate)

    This is the old one I used to have that I am giving away:

    This is how it's going to work. You have to answer a question that was on the final exam I took yesterday, then I announce the winner, then the winner email me the address, and I mail it. If you are halfway across the world from Philadelphia, I will still ship it but it'll get there at a snail's pace.

    Problem: this is google-able.
    70 yr Asian female presents for routine follow-up.
    5 years earlier, patient was found to have a leukocytosis of 25K on a routine CBC, Hgb and platelets were normal. She had no lymphadenopathy.
    A bone marrow biopsy done later that year revealed CLL. FISH was positive for trisomy 12. She has been on observation since that time.

    PMH: HTN, Hyperlipidemia, depression
    NKDA
    Metoprolol XL 25mg qd
    Amlodipine 2.5mg qd
    Simvastatin 10 mg qd
    Sertraline 100 mg qd
    Zolpidem 5mg hs prn

    CBC (Today): 126 > 10.2< 96 Diff: 3% Neutrophils, 94% Lymphs, 1% monos
    ddddddddddddddddd30.2
    HepB S Ag positive
    PE: + Left cervical Lymph node
    + Left Supraclvicular lymph nodes

    Treatment considerations:
    Age = 70yrs
    Comorbidities : HTN, Hyperlipidemia, Depression
    Cytogenetics : no del 17p or 11q
    Hep serologies: HepB sAg positive

    Question: What is the specific type of cancer (VERY SPECIFIC = chronic or acute, lymphocytic promyeloid myeloid, leukemia lymphoma blastoma etc) this patient has, and the three drugs of choice for THIS patient?

    I found that this is google-able.
    You can answer multiple times, but don't spam. And I will take whoever had the "MOST RIGHT" answer if it comes down to that, so feel free to toss in your guess!
