Oh you mean when me and Dimi were talking about Bactrim that one time in Sanctum?
Sulfamethoxazole which is part of Bactrim (along with Trimethorprim) sometimes causes crystals to form in the urine leading to kidney stones and renal blockage, which is an ADR not well known.

Thats to bait out my Aerial which comes after the RS is gone, to make me think hes making a mistake. If he used Aerial I'd have enough time to notice the NR.
Or you could be right, cuz he hasn't played for like 3 months before taking this duel

    Viread
    Arzerra

i think at this point besides his sw ethan didn't play any of the other classes for a few months so it's quite understandable for him to be rusty

Today is the last day. There were many that were close, and among them, one is the winner!

Rai Stage IV with progressive cytopenias
    Treatment considerations:
    Age = 70yrs
    Comorbidities : HTN, Hyperlipidemia, Depression
    Cytogenetics : no del 17p or 11q
    Hep serologies: HepB sAg positive

    • NCCN Guidelines First Line Chemotherapy for CLL
    1. Fludarabine / Cytoxan / Rituxan (FCR)
    2. Bendamustine / Rituximab (BR)
    3. CD20-directed Antibody / chlorambucil
    • Del (17p) positive = 1st line is Ibrutinib

*> 70 Yrs with comorbidities or unable to tolerate purine analogues, means 1st choice is out. Between 2 and 3, since she has Hepatitis it is dangerous to give her Rituximab. With #3, we'd need to give Tenofovir along with the chemotherapy.

    Answers:
    Obinutuzumab (Gazyva) or Ofatumumab (Azerra)
    Chlorambucil (Amblchlorin / Leukeran)
    Tenofovir (Viread)

Oh Lily, you were the first one to understand the concept but you couldn't get the drugs right. Viread is preferred over Epivir for CLL Hep B IFa-2 is not used for CLL Hep B, and Cytoxan is wrong. NT M8!

Wrong regimen, Zydelig would've been the best answer of every one here if she was del 17p positive, but she is not. NT M8!

Jesus christ you were close! But no dice :< did not account for the Hep B, also Fludara would be bad for an elderly patient (she is 70yo). NT M8!

Another one so close, but you listed Ofatumumab and Obinutuzumab together and forgot to account for Hep B. NT M8!

Another close one! Same case as Zahel though. NT M8!

Nope only one drug correct. NT M8!

Clooooose! But like many others, you did not account for the Hep B. NT M8!

Redjenny is not a cancer type, and Dangerhasabrain is not a valid chemotherapy regimen. Terribad Try M8!

Only one drug correct. NT M8!

The only one who used a CD20-directed Antibody + Alkylating Agent for CLL + accounted for Hep B correctly.

Thanks everybody for participating and Congratulations to Imagenes for winning the contest.

And I did pass all the finals, relaxing at my home right now after going out to celebrate with a Bar Crawl in the city with my classmates. Now that I am finished with the studying part, its time for me to slave 40 hours/week for a YEAR, and PAY Temple to slave for the sites that they send me to, without getting paid! #RotationsAreScams
