New feature: Enchanting stigma, tsk tsk siel.....

 

Fix Broker little bit need kinah nor someone sell remodel skin items.

 

PvP was fun when there was still safe zones across katalam. When those zones was removed, pvp was moved in a small portion of the map.

And yeah Brokers are really needed. cause every item needs a proper pricing.

At first i thought siel would be fucked, then i thought it'd be "unfair" since they can just put the stigmas they'd like to enchant and enchant those. Actually that system is gonna be the same, you would still be able to only put 7 stones and enchant only those.

I've been logging in daily for 10minutes to kill some shit and reach kinah cap, 65m per day (granted im premium) but i made a few billions already.

You are what's wrong with this server, this game and gaming in general, scrub.

 

Idk how will the enchanted stigma will be implemented on gamez, since siel have all the stigmas learned.

Equipping and unequipping a stigma there removed it (till using //givemissingsklls again). Pretty sure you'd just enchant the stones, put them in correct order (so only 7 stigmas) and they'd overwrite the default skill with the one from the enchanted stigma stone... or add a 2nd copy of it

Just sayin that getting "update x" is not the same as getting "update x" working. 3.0 had a decent amount of stuff working if i remember right (ofc some were disabled for maximum jewery).
But come on, the only things working from 4.7 are the geodata and the portals to levinshore...

 

I have no idea how often I have been saying this since January, I can recall, and you just repeated it once again. People really don't get that 4.7 is not completed updated on GamezAion. The last update with was in September 2014 (here) and it actually wasn't a 4.7 update. It was a 4.6 update but no, Carl named it 4.7. I don't know the reason for it, but I assume it was made to attractive a server which is not even 4.7 in the first place. As @Grrr said, it's has some of the remodels, some of the maps which are not even working like Kaldor. Kaldor exist but is nothing worth it if just GMs can teleport to it same as Belus and the other PvP maps which are actually really great on retail. Oh and not to mention all the other features which are PvP related and don't even exist or got disabled on GamezAion for a reason or they are broken and nobody can or want to fix them? I know GamezAion is not retail and I bet I'll get a reply on this with "GamezAion is a private server full of bugs but we do everything to fix it.". The staff itself have no blame on this. They are no devs and it's not their concern too since they can't fix it even they won't to since they don't have access to the server files. It's the job from the devs, which don't exist, and the admins (who are mia, "busy" or just don't have time, I guess?).

Also if there is a "4.8" update for GamezAion coming out soon, whenever this will be, it won't be completely a 4.8 update. It might be even more bugged since the 4.6 update which got applied back last year is missing many things. I also need to mention the broker issue. The online exchange thing which Lau created is a great thing, but it's not a permanent solution, I have said this before. There are many temporary solutions which can be made but it's just another way to schmooze the players and just buy some time and hope for a miracle. This won't lead to anything in the end if nobody moves his butt finally, and you know who I'm talking about. Because the main reason why the broker is not working is because there was a minor broker update, I believe it was in Feb. or March this year (I can be wrong), which would have fix this issue every easily, the problem is that nobody of the admins where keeping track of things like updates and general changes on Aion (NA, Japan, KOR or CH). C'mon, Carl didn't even know about the 4.7 items which came out with the NA Aion update back then (talking about the new extendables etc).

Yes, GamezAion is a private server. Yes, updates take longer than updates which get released on the official servers. Logical. But after more than 6 months what do people expect to happen? Getting a 4.8 update after it's going to be released on NA in less than a month? Well this might happen, but don't expect it's going to work fully considering that GamezAion is not even 4.7, maybe it is showing 4.7.0.8, but doesn't mean 4.7 things are implemented. Bugs are normal and fine, but it should be there working, more or less and this is not the case here.

But by the time we got 4.6 it was clear that it wasn't ....... 4.7 Ofc simple things like wrong updates are way below our glorious leader who didn't give a fuck and doesn't afraid of anything.



Seeing as how 4.8 is a fucking HUGE update that wipes/changes existing things since 2.0 onwards, I'm expecting people to be turned into inanimate objects and unable to walk. It might sound funny to some, but in 4.0 we got deleveled to 1/9 and had our leg animation above our heads.

 

I knew there was something what happened in Nov. after the drama with Kyle and all that. Guess I scrolled it way too quick and overlooked it. Thankies. Doesn't change anything though. It's mid of May. 6 months since the last update.

I really can't see 4.8 on GamezAion. I'm sorry, but I read all the changes and I'm also playing actively on retail so I'm aware about the changes and I can already say that 4.7 is so much different there and not even comparable with GamezAion right now, since there are features which are simply missing, not working, disabled or w/e. Where's the fun? ._. No wonder people are afking in Sanctum/Pandea and then people also ask why the amount of players are dropping every week. And no, it's not just because Aion is getting old or there are new games (there are not really any interesting ones besides Tera and GTA right now as believe). Imagine Black Desert comes our next right (hopefully)? You are going to blame it on the new game that GamezAion will be maybe empty or less populated than it is already?

 

You can access Kaldor normally via the northern camp portal in Levinshor (If your race owns the camp) But really there's no point going there, its mostly a barren map with some mobs scattered around with no loot tables

 

The maps is very beautiful imo, but you are right. The mobs are screwed and there is not PvP as it should be.

I'm curious to see if the removing of three maps will help GA in any way though. I remember that Sarpan was very buggy, always has been (geo data issues or something like that), so it wouldn't be a big loss, I guess. There is also going to be a new maps in 4.8 too (more info here).

 

@lisveth Did an amazing job with utilizing the Levinshor map by introducing Mobs and Chests in the area, we actually had large scale (Keep in mind large by Lumiel standards) 15-16 vs 15-16 faction battles to control the area for farming from special mobs like Sheba, Stormwing(Our Stormwing is bugged so an unbugged SW in Levinshor was great.) Tiamat and Tahabata. The area included a difficult enforced area filled with balaur mobs that added to the fun of PvPvE. I think introducing something like this might see some refreshed PvP and take away from the monotony of repeated skirmishes in Katalam. The Maps really are beautiful' and completely worth a visit if you haven't seen it already. Considering the err "updates" previous this might have more hopes of attraction then waiting for implementation of the interesting looking Instances in that area. Sorry to stray the topic a little but that gorgeous screenshot above reminded me of the Coastal Invasion Event in Lumiel.

 

the only thing u will taste for long time from 4.8 will be new sets ofc...and few skills....nothing else! and for sure not even Broker hahaha. Is funny how this server work...like a river. the only good thing for gamez is that kata/danaria and others few maps will be deleted and old time pvp will come back somehow! JUST if they simple wipe GP from whole players and implement it on pvp system not on sieges shits!
