Solved Cant Login

I have an old account and when i login when the game starts its frozen playing the background video over and over i made a new account it works but i want my old account back

 

How long ago was the last time you logged into your old account?

 

about a year ago i made a new account and when join a server it freezes i havent finished installing the game on the normal client but i finished downloading all 9 parts and i have the gamez aion launcher i dont know whats wrong i didnt download the game with torrent i downloaded with the ncsoft launcher

 

You need to downgrade your client since the client version is not matching with the one GamezAion is using. Here's the guide: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezaion-downgrade-version-4-7-5-x-4-7-0-8.186209/ Make sure to follow all needed steps to avoid any further issues. Also, once you are done with this, make sure to apply the latest item.pak (here).

thank you it worked and uhm for the items pak there are 3 files i put them in and my character is red

 

Just to be sure.. How big is your Aion folder WITHOUT your $patch$ folder? ;o

 

uhm im not sure how big it is without it but my characters are stuck with red textures my wings dont show and weird dark textures i cant find anyone either

 

Yeah you need to update your client, you're missing files.
But just to be sure, I sent you a PM so we can sort this out a bit further

Edit: Player had to finish his installation through the NCsoft launcher and downgrade after, problem solved
