Can't fly

    I bet you heard this question a lot of times but here it goes.

    Why I can't fly where others do?

    Example, just spawning after creating your character I see people flying around, I press page up and this message appears: You cannot fly in this are.

    Ya same sh1t goes with Theobomos too i see ppl flyin around i hit page.up woa i'm still on the ground :), i relog restart client still same sh1t and if you go lets say from eltnen or heiron ( i can fly there ) to theobomos i get a Quest pop up and that's it from now on i can't fly in free fly zone.
