WHY IS IT? when i put my number in Mobile donation no message comes from my phone and i follow sending 2800PAY CREDIT(amount) and nothing message me in my phone why is that?

I believe it would have to do something with your phone company. try contacting them to see if there's any problem from that side. If they tell you nothing is wrong then try contacting super rewards by sending them an email for assistance.

Yes, I agree with Purell. Seeing that you are from the same country as me, may I ask if you used Globe? Coz I just tried it out on my phone using Globe SIM but nothing was sent to my phone either.

 

but what will send to 2800 if possible? and im using smart sim

 

Beyond all that has been said here, sometimes the mobile donation system got a big delay, something around 15 minutes out of operation and only back up and running later, or they block your number temporarily when you do multiple transactions of high value trying to preventing malicious actions.
