Disappearing Items

    I farmed some sapphire ore on my Elyos toon and put it in the account warehouse to make into scrolls. This along with some manastones that I JUST looted off mobs all disappeared from my bags as I relogged. Now, I KNOW these were NOT duped as I had gathered and looted the items myself.

    Any explanation?

    I don't have screenshots, so I know I can't get the items back, but I'd just like to know why this happened, so I can prevent it from happening again.

    I know about the kinah bug, and haven't had any problems with that. This is purely items... So, I'm a little confused.
