    hi guys after i completed those 3 the Email, Question and PIN i didn't get any credits. why?

    Let me understand. You did the account security questions, completed all 3 successfully with it showing you the ✔ symbol next to each step and having an e-mail sent to you for e-mail verification, but you haven't received any credits?
