    Hi there! It definitely is still working fine. Items in inventory and character's warehouse will be transferred along with your, title(s), pet(s), keybinds and skills. Just not the items in account warehouse, AP, and GP.

    Before you do the transfer, make sure you did the following:

    1. Free up 2-3 rows in your inventory and special cube.
    2. Leave legion
    3. Delete everyone in your friend's list in that particular character.

    Also, while the transfer is still in process, wait 5-10 minutes before you log in your account.
