    Hi all,
    I've bought a costume, i haven't logged out because i thought it was the same if i didn't.. But i haven't received the costume. Is there a way to get credits back or get the costume?

    you need to wait a few minutes after purchasing from webshop in order to get your costumes via express mail.

    How long ago did you buy the costume? You have to be online to receive it so the fact that you stayed online and didn't log out is correct, it's supposed to arrive when you're online.

    Also, just to make sure, go to the website on the Webshop, and check your purchase history, see if you find the item there. It will most likely be there, so make sure you bought it on the right character :)
