i didnt recieve my credits

    Please wait 24-48 hours to receive your credits. I understand the wait can be a pain, but just wait patiently and if you still have not received your credits after waiting a day or two then let's know.

    It hasn't been 48 hours yet. Like what @Purell said, wait at least 24 hours and at most 48 hours. If by then and you still haven't received your credits then feel free to post again here.

    If you don't recieve your credits then contact one of the GM's or contact the support team.

    am sir.. still i dont recieve my credits... its about 24 hours right now

    am sir its about 24 hours..stil i didnt recieve my credits... please follow up sir... look at the file sir i donate yesterday

    It can take up to 48 hours keep that that in mind, is this the first time you donate using that method?

    First of all, just to let you know, GamezAion is not fully in charge of payments, we do not control them and we do not have any power regarding payments (Unless the issue is on our behalf). Payments like these often take a lot of time to process, especially if this is the first time you've used the service. Other factors that can affect payments is the working days. Remember that some services and banks especially do not function well at processing new information on weekends as most of them need to get reviewed. These services tend to slow down on non-business working days such as weekends. At other times, other complications can happen, for example, blocked transactions, bank canceling the payment (due to malicious activity) or anything of some sort.

    Is this your first time using the service?
    Yes - This can take up to a few days, the longest payment I personally had was over 72 hours. Also think about Business working days.

    Anyhow, in a nutshell, please contact "Playerize Inc" as mentioned in the email. They will be able to help regarding the status of the payment and regarding the issue that you may experience.

    @Message to everyone, please do not spam this thread. The player was given ALL the information he/she needs and does not require further assistance regarding what he/she should do or not do. We will take this matter further. Thank you.

    Am please follow up my credits.. im still didnt recieve my credits..huhu.. its been 3 days from the day i donate..please guys help me to get my credits... please please..... im begging guys.. i want my credits badly.... huhu

    Relax bru. You rly should wait for at most 24hrs. If the credits was still not there, then always feel free to post again. But, i suggest you to contact that Playerize Inc. That would be better. Good Day! :D:D

    Have you contacted Payment Wall, or Super-Rewards support regarding this matter?
    If not, please do contact their support department and provide them with the confirmation number for the transaction so that they can assist you.

    As Illusions said. We here at Gamez Network are not in direct control of the payment processing. Credits will only be received by the donating authorized party upon successful processing of the donation by which ever method that they have chosen to use. Sadly, with that; as has already been stated we can not do much at all given that if the payment itself is of issue and since you have not received the credits this issue is not on our behalf.

    Please, do contact the appropriate support department in regards to the issue. They will be much more able to assist you than we would at this juncture.

    If, their correspondence and records do show that they have successfully processed the donation, then and at that point please send me a PM containing a screenshot of the full e-mail conversation, including the transaction receipts. Then and only then, will we be able to step in and start an investigation as to what happened and why as it would be on our side that something went wrong.

    I am sorry that you are having issues, however; currently at this point our hands tied until you do go and take the first step. That being contacting the correct support personal.

    Here the proof i left sir/ma'am.. an i dont know how to contact them... i only know is to donate on the site... i thought i will recieve the credits after i donate.... please teach me how to contact them.. cos i dont know totally how to contact..please please sir/ma'am i need it badly my credits....
