    You will update the game through the NCsoft launcher, not the Gamez launcher. You're running the wrong launcher. This one is just to start the game.

    Did you download Aion through the Torrent or through the NCsoft launcher?
    (Also, just a sidenote, this problem with the Gamez launcher is solved by running it as admin).

    There will be a shortcut inside your Aion folder called "Aion" which will launch the NCsoft launcher. Open it and let it update.

    Like I already mentioned, there's the NCsoft launcher, which is used to update the game, and the Gamez launcher, which only adds the files needed to connect to Gamez and a few more, and it doesn't update the game, it just launches it. To update you will need the NCsoft one :p

    That's not what I meant :p I meant the shortcut inside your Aion folder.
    Where is your Aion client downloaded? Is it on C:\Program Files (x86)\NCsoft\Aion or another location?

    i have the same problem i did update the game from ncsof lancher and i have the same results as the ather guy

    Aion can be only started & updated trough the launcher.
    Just start the Aion shortcut in your folder, or search on your computer for Aion.ink (or only Aion)
