Yes, it's being applied at this right moment. Both servers are down for the time being.

 

When the servers would be online again?

 

as i watched the youtube trailer of aion 4.8, the stigma system talked about is the enchantment of stigmas. #justsaying

 

that could be implemented if siel is going to be a stigma-based server.

 

siel is full stigma...was up for a while. as for enchament of stigmas....just for retail since here u get insta lvl 60 and 65 in few mins. kinda lvl1/2/3/4/5 of stigmas are basses on your lvl. here f or sure u will get last lvl of stigma. no news about servers anyway? kinda sad all am/gm/hgm went off or invisible mode at last on info about up time..

Implementing major updates always take time and since none of the AMs have a direct hand in the update process itself, it's likely that it'll happen sometime between when the Bunny Bandit flies off to the Northen Skies, second star to the right and straight on until morning and when the Grandiosa Grand Daddy Deacon Stumbles his way back up the rabbit hole.

P.S It'll be interesting to have a functioning Broker again.(Hopefully)

The Time Exchange was implemented in order to address the needs for kinah without absolutely mindless amount of tedious grinding, but I think with the Tier System (Free,Premium,VIP) it could still be a useful tool. Broker prices would just be adjusted to compensate, even with VIP unless you live on the game for several hours a day. You don't exactly making a killing from the system and I don't think you were intended too, it was just a helpful tool @Lautaro created to supplement the broken broker. Even with a fixed broker, I really think the Time Exchange can have a place in the diverse economy.

 

Are the cooldown of new instances like retail, once a week?

I just don't want like 4.7, for example the portal for infinity shard, 20 hours muada (really, who cares for muada) and 4 hours infinity shard.

well...even if there was 4 hrs on just....u still can do 8 chars runs. is to easy to gear up nowdays...i remember how much i was farming for my abg or eac sets back in time......now u can farm a amba set at last, daily. Big tx to DeathAngel for that
