Solved I can't update my launcher

As what title says please refer on the attached file..

I dont have any idea on what to do.. I just had these files like a month ago now when I was trying to update here I got these error

 

lol dude...u want to update your game via gamez updater?) haha. u have to update your game via ncsoft, and to play games just start GamezAion.exe. Updater which u used not do nothing

I hope, though, that you aren't trying to update your game through the Gamez launcher. The game can only be updated through the NCsoft launcher.

 

It's better to help someone who doesn't have any idea than making fun of him instead

 

yeah but have to update your game ......from ncsoft. gamez updater is not for that. if u want to solve it fast....i can team view u and in 5 mins all done!

 

Thank You. I'll try the one you suggested. Actually I don't have any idea on updating this since I only copied the files I have from a fellow player but he's not around so I'm updating it myself

You might need to download the launcher then since I doubt you have it, I can guide you on that

u better get team viewer and i can help u is not that easy when u have no idea what to do. is a difference downloading 50 gb and 2.5 gb....for some ppls it can mean days....

not hard....go to youtube and search how to install team viewer.
