    Instances take longer to script correctly.

    So, the new ones will be ready when they are ready.
    The others are pretty much working as intended now, and can be reached by their respective entrances.

    How to go to Levinshor? I already tried checking teleporter and can't seem to go there..

    If youre an Elyos. Use Sanctum Teleporter and teleport to Cygnea. When you get there, talk to Teleporter name Vernea and Teleport to Levinshor.
