My last hope

My last login on my char was 2013, everytime i try to login i get crash,i hope you can do something with the 4.8 update, i did everything below many times, thanks. IGN : Cysar Server: Siel


Crashing after trying to login on a certain character:
Login to another character of the same account, type .fix Name (for example .fix Dimitra) and see if that works. If not, go to the website and send in an unstuck request. After that DO NOT login on the stuck character until the server restarts because it might reset the request, use this thread to be informed about when restarts happen.

 

Let me get this correctly since your previous message that we talked about was different. Your client crashes or you get stuck on the endless loading screen after log in?

 

Then i click on my char my client crashes, only one char is crashing

 

I have similar situation. Your character might have an overloaded mails that needs to be wiped out.

 

If it could be a problem is it possible to wipe them?

 

Im sorry now it's diffrent, then i try to login it's not crashing but it says you have been disconnected from the server

 

mine the same Getoaron Siel server.it gives me disconect aluays i try to log in and is one of my beter geared car.plz check it up..

i got problems in 4.7 in last month my mails on my char are full but i when i go to mail post to remove it it brings me disconnect and after that i reconnect again
but i can still play inn game but i cant further recieve any mails so i just leave it behind then i try asking inmate players they said go to other region mail post to remove it and i try it nothings happen. i hope my mails on my other toons are remove at this version nw xD

Your mailbox is bugged then, you will have to have it cleared by a higher up. All the items in your mailbox will be deleted, with no restorations at all.
If you wish for that to happen please send me a PM so we can discuss it a bit more.
