    I like the idea Luff has put out.
    But I'd like to see Silentera as a location aswell. I remember events and intense pvp running through those passage ways!

    The thing is that the maps are tooo big for PVPers..
    It's not like before that everywhere, there are players.

    Should honestly go back to belu and herion. If there's a group of elyos in belu Asmo will come once they get the message. (Hopefully)

    Silentera is a very good map for PvP. It is a maze, people will run around and look for people to kill.

    Spawn global bosses in Silentera and the pvp will grow in that area.

    In fact, spawn a global boss anywhere, it will attract pvp !

    Just to inform everyone on this thread and everyone who will be on this thread, there are new Mixfight maps tho it doesn't say on the name of the portal which map is currently the mix portal is using so you would have to enter to find out. There are also Mixfights where the max number of players a group can have is 3 players. As for the new maps, the once I've been to so far is Levinshor (most people goes to center to find each other), Kaldor (a little bit more spread PvP close to the center) and Poeta (I've been in this one only for like 5 minutes and it was over so I was not able to find out where people goes here).

    Honestly we get that Mixfight is there, but not alot of people like it because of the basic fact that you cant go solo in there and expect to enjoy it being that you can be attacked by anyone, still good, but mostly for premade groups and etc. Nevertheless, I must commend the Devs on putting kaldor in there though , because now everyone has the chance to learn the map, in case they decide to utilize Kaldor as the main PVP map. Its a decent map, small compact directive and very easy to learn and get around, not big and spread out and full of annoying areas. The only two areas that have huge amount of faction guards/NPCs are the bases north and south on the right side of the map.... rest is free roam and PVP enabled.

    It's a custom battle ground. It's basically a copy of certain map without any monster, npc or things to gather inside. Nothing functions inside, it's just a closed space to PvP. If you enter solo you get a permanent buff that remains as long as you're inside to compensate for not having a group to help you out. Everyone inside will appear as your enemy besides your group members if you're in one. The rest that you might want to know has been mentioned on my first post in this thread.

    You know really, it's not that I have anything against Heiron or Beluslan as being nominated as the PVP zones, but they are :

    1. Too Old
    2. Too big
    3. Hardly used
    4. Been the center of PVP before
    5. Never used (being that they STILL do exist)
    So really and truly voting for those, is purely a waste of a vote at this point, we all know in game that yes, no one wants to go backwards, and as we were getting accustomed to Katalam being so perfect and TE the PVP Circle master piece, it got ripped right from beneath us, thanks to the Lore and Beritra lol.

    But honestly guys, lets be objective here. The choice is really going to be between:

    • Inggison
    • Gelkmaros
    • Levinshor
    • Kaldor
    • Cygnea
    • Enshar

    And for obvious reason we all know why. Newer, less clutter (Cant really say that for Iggison and Gelkmaros), more open space and it brings about a sense of progress. Think about it, and put your personal pet peeves aside and choose what is best for the community on a whole. Hopefully we all can agree that progress is good and one day encourage the staff to give us portals to the place with most/best votes/decisions/likes so we can have a new place to call....well, to slaughter each other lol.

    All your insights and thoughts are all cherished so far, and seen (which is most important).

    I'm guessing the people who voted Heiron/Beluslan were people who were around when those areas were relevant (around the time before NCSoft killed rifting). I'm one of them. And I think they were the most fun to PvP in. I remember all the little off the wall places to hide a kisk in. All the places out of sight you could glide to just to sneak up on some unsuspecting PVE'er so you could make them cry. The thrill of the kill. Frankly, the newer maps are.... pretty... that's about it. Lots of sparkles and fairy dust, but they're no Heiron. Newer isn't always better. Newer isn't always progress either. More open space? Sure.. that's great... for zerg v zerg. I personally don't find zerging all that gratifying. If that's all there is to pvp now, then it's really a shame. I voted for Heiron. I don't feel like I wasted a vote. Seeing as how players now have to level up and there are people doing mentor quests and such... in theory these maps should be used more in the near future. If you're going to ask for peoples' opinions then... don't shoot them down when they give one :)
