    maam and sir can you fix my account my character alabastress cannot enter the game can you fix it please to allow me to play cause that is my main character.....
    i can log-in but my character cant log-into game please!

    Your character is still stuck, correct?
    I tried to unstuck you twice. If that didn't work then I'm afraid you will have to wait for a server restart.
