Even if you can cancel the repair and resume the repair later but will be better if you don't cancel it.

Please never cancel anything, even if it says "playable". You can cancel it and do it later as @Rie already said, but don't expect to have a fully working game when you cancel the installation progress and expect it to work. The installation has to be completed through all 9 stages.
