    Hi

    I have a problem in connection with housing, I can't learn the homeward bound skill (can't use the item) and can't edit/decorate my house.
    What am I missing?

    Housing seems to have a major issue for now. Might get fixed in the future.
    As for the skill well it got wiped with the update but the only way to reach your house is only on foot. Oriel / Pernon then teleport etc.

    And why can't i edit my house? Or is there a new way to do that too?

    I don't think there was any new way implemented for that. As far as I know it's the same as before.

    When I walk into my studio there is no button popping up to edit my studio. How should i do it?

    Tested so far.
    Conclusion: There's an issue with studios as it seems. Icon to modify furniture inside studio it's not existing.
    Higher grade estates got it.

    You can edit/ move/ pick up your furniture only if you own a House / Mansion / Estate.
    If you are a studio owner, you won't see the house icon hence you won't be able to edit anything.
