On the 4.8 update, you are supposed to loot these from mobs on Kaldor and Levinshor, however from what I've tested, they are bugged and not included in the mobs' drop lists as they should be.
So for the time being, you can only get these through trading with people who had them before the update.

For future reference, check this guide on the part where it is explained where you can find the animas in the new maps. My hope is that it will be fixed soon.

 

And idian depths ? The map is buged or destroyed ? If buged we can get ported by AMs to drop animes there ?

 

Yes, AMs can port you there. Forgot to mention that, thanks.
But yeah, as you know, you can only get some animas from Idian Depths, not all of them. Still, if you want a port and a GM is online you can ask us to port you. I've done it before for people who asked. And the anima drops in Idian Depths (and in Idian Depths only) are working indeed, checked just now.
