need clarification? special elite is better in pvp def & attack (hidden effects included) and has a bonus on each piece when +20
i believe that only EA/EP plates & chain have great advantage against SPECIAL ELITE +20 since only EA/EP got those PARRY/BLOCK stats . . . .
    need more opinions :)

    ty!

+19 Special Elite is better than standard Arbiter (kind of). Once you get the bonus skills you can easily outperform even an EA enchanted under +5.

EA is way better than special elite/overlord/dusking or anything else. The only thing which might make you consider getting another set to +20 is the skills fom breakthrough. That shit is like having 4 godstones, permanent passive effect and a skill you can use whenever you want..or a lot more if you roll throught a few +20 weapons and chain the skills.

Obviously you have to have all parts equipped to get all 5 passive skills from set.

its impossible to +20 an EA coz everytime u fail ull go back to +0 . . . . that if u dnt have failed enchantments between 0-20 w/c is impossible ^^

I use emisary full set+20 and sincerly its way better then EA and u get those passive skills from each part no matter if u have full set or not once u upgrade one item to +20 u will recive one passive skill bonus ........the only problem is u don't have parry but i don't mind :D

That's what I was trying to say. You really got a very noticeable power spike with that gear upgrade - before that you were kind of.. paper.

but i think...u EP PLATE/EA CHAIN are way better than SPECIAL EMISARY SET coz it has block stats w/c is very useful for temp and cleric..the others..i think almost the same

but if EA/EP will be enchanted to +10-20 is way more OP . . but its impossible to achieve without a power of a GM :p

GAMEZ give us obtainable OP PVP SET and not to buy EA/EP on web. WHAT? . . . . no more $$$$
