    What GS should I purify to get ARB gs?

    So far, there is no Item/GS that can be purified to Arbiter. I was also hoping that Arbiter can be purified to EA :33

    The only way to obtain Arbiter or Elite Arbiter is either by buying it with credits from the webshop, or buying it from other players through trading.
    You cannot create these sets, and you cannot buy them ingame. They are exclusive webshop sets.

    NCsoft wouldn't need to do such a thing since Arbiter set costs under 100k AP to buy. They just replaced the items with better ones in the Governor gear npc.
