Well, to begin with, all my lists will include players who I have seen ingame that one week. So all these players are players you have a chance to find ingame.
Other than that, maybe these players get scared and start hiding when they see their name on the Wanted list. A week might pass and they won't get killed. That doesn't matter, nobody will get their reward, they'll get a free pass from the following week's list, and we'll move on with the next Wanted list

By the way, the first Wanted list and the first special Bounty Reward for these 4 weeks will be announced in less than 2 hours!

 

Zerg is the only way :3 and the lucky ones who hit most of the dmg will win the bounty :3
