    U need to update ur client. AION client 4.8.0.6+ work for functional chat channels.

    my aion was updated from torrent, so i need to update and fix again from the official updater?

    The Torrent client is not fully updated. If you download from the torrent, you will need to install the NCsoft launcher and update the latest patch.
