As long as you get the new things and not used.
Make sure that you can return it if it doesn't work right.
Amazon is pretty good as far as return policy goes.

If you stay with your expedition group then the Amazon can be pretty safe. If you try to venture out alone however, then you'll quickly see how pretty much everything there is designed to horrendously kill you. From the plants, to the animals, to the native people. Most likely you will die horribly after eating a poisonous plant and then running for your life from a jaguar or something up a tree infested with poisonous spiders only to realize that jaguars can climb trees, and then you jump from the tree into a river that you discover too late has piranhas, but you manage to get out fast enough to avoid being ground up but then you get hit with an arrow that's been dipped in the poison from the aptly named poison arrow frog and you look up and see tribal natives yelling and running at you, shooting more arrows and throwing spears and you die horribly and they shrink your head and put it on a stick in the center of their village.

The Amazon is very dangerous, and even if you stay with your expedition group there is no guarantee of safety, so just stay away from the Amazon. It's a frekkin rainforest so it's not going to have computer parts anyways.

How has our education system gotten so bleepblooped up that kids nowadays think that the Amazon Rainforest has computer parts!? Parents need to go to more schoolboard meetings and do something about this, or humanity is doomed to extinction due to the poor education of future generations.

Amazon is very reliable. I used it on a few of my parts. Mostly Newegg though. IF you want an alternative; try http://www.bhphotovideo.com/. Fast delivery and fast customer support if you need to talk to someone. A 960 g1 is decent. I had one on one of my computers. Although alot of games now require 2 gb for minimum, 4g or higher is something you should look at for getting towards max graphics.

I now use a 980 ti. I bought it from the site above I linked. If you can save up for a couple months to get one of these, they are amazing. I run any game at max graphics with FPS never dropping below 100 and can run a few in 4k settings with a 53 FPS average..

Pretty sure the "free shipping" you are talking about is for US only o.o Not everyone sends to Europe. At least the link you gave.

The few items from the US Amazon that have international shipping have like almost the same price in shipping and customs to be sent to you.. I believe, from what I have tried buying in the past. Or I just don't know what I'm talking about so don't mind me and correct me if that's the case.

Yeah always. That's the sad part. When I was trying to get a keyboard I couldn't find in Greece, it was super cheap on the US because that's obviously where they're made, and to have it mailed to me from Italy I paid more than what I'd get if I lived in the US. To be mailed outside of their production "zone" let's say, things are always more expensive, obviously. Think of it like this.. Japanese candy is sold for a dollar or so in Japan, but if you wanna import it to Greece or Spain it's always gonna be more expensive :p

Sad lyfe not living in the US. I once visited Newegg and oh my.. all the things I could buy 100 euros cheaper than I can now Q-Q Those Muricans have it easy!

Honestly I don't know what to tell you, the only expensive electronic thing I've had shipped was my keyboard like I said which was from Ebay, and I paid with a credit card and had it shipped like.. 3-4 weeks after, sent from Italy to Greece. I was thinking of getting a GPU online aswell but I compared the prices of US international shipping+customs and European online sites and it was the same. So it wasn't really worth it. Like the only reason why I got my keyboard sent from Italy was because I couldn't find it in Greece. Otherwise, trust me, European and American prices INCLUDING taxes for international shipping are the same :p

If you really wanna pay in cash then get it from Spain if you can find it. The price is higher but obviously you won't get a better deal since like I said a few times already, even if you do find a US seller with international shipping, customs is gonna make you pay half the item's price like @Nutty said.

That's what I've seen from the research I had done when I was trying to get electronics from the US. I'm not completely sure if I'm right or wrong so again if anyone else knows correct me :p

What is the specs of your entire computer? You're running AMD or Intel?

Hopefully this graphics card is not going to get bottlenecked by your CPU

Yea then you will be fine. With the k version, you should be able to overclock if your motherboard allows you to. But to be honest. It being an i7, your not going to see much difference in game performance between 960 or any other similarly speced gpu.

I run a 980 ti with a 1150 socket i7 with 16 GB 2400 of RAM and a z87 pro v edition mother board. The CPU is over clocked at 3.9 and ATM the gourmet is not OC. Runs any game smoothly.

My old computer is the same as yours but had a i5 and 16 GB with a 960 g1. Rubbed great but had some issues with bigger FX games where I had to turn down graphics for certain things.

Do you know if you can SLI this card?
