Problems running the game

Hi all, i dont know if this is the correct place for post it, but i dont know where write my problem.

Before post here, i was read all problems in your support menu, and i did all of your options for solve the problems. But i continue with problems when i started gamez client.
When i open and put my login, always appear the same message "you are logged in(7)" and when i continue to server selector, always appeared the message"No game server is available to the authorization server."

I tryied your options....
"You are missing files necessary to connect, please Download and Reinstall Gamez Launcher again.
Start the GamezAION Launcher as Administrator."

But my game never work fine. I installed 3 or 4 times the client, updated the ncsoft launcher, and never solved.

Any help for me?? I want to continue playing this game, i get characters from my last time played.

That is the torrent that the game can run on.

Disable your UAC and make an exception for Aion for your Firewall and antivirus.

Use that to launch the private server

 

it also looks like your aion folder is incomplete, I cannot see the 'version.ini' file that should tell you what version ur client is in. This means u haven't fully downloaded the game yet. Try doing a file repair or updating through the NCsoft launcher again and make sure that it finishes installing and that it indicates ur client is updated to the latest version.

Im trying another time to download-update ncsoft launcher, but my connection is very low, so, i need one day for update all ncsoft launcher u.u i will inform you, if i can do it, and it works. or if doenst work.

Okay this is a bit messy

On your first screenshot you showed this file path:


And on your last post you showed this:


From what I see, you installed the Torrent all over again even though you had the client installed once, so you have two clients, one of which you do not need.

Focus on the NCsoft/Aion folder, leave the GamezAION folder (Torrent version) because the Torrent version is outdated and you would need to update it if you wanna start the game through that. Which folder are you trying to start the game from? It should be the NCsoft one, not the GamezAION one. Are you getting that error while starting the game from the Gamez launcher from the NCsoft folder?

 

Hello, im sorry for waste your time hehehe u.u im opening gamezaion from D, i downloaded ncsoft launcher in C for space problems.
What can i do it? copy-paste C folder inside gamez aion in D? or download ncsoft launcher on D too? in D i put the torrent archive

 

Is your NCsoft/Aion folder in C drive complete? How many GBs is it WITHOUT the $patch$ folder?

 

Yes, aion folder in C is complete. the folder patch only take 5mb of C drive

oh, i see another NCSoft 56gb on C and NCWest 18mb

 

Then if your C drive folder is over 32-33 GBs WITHOUT the $partch$ folder, means it's complete so start the game through that folder. I told you, pretty much ditch the Torrent folder because it is outdated and you would still need to update it. Go inside your NCsoft/Aion folder inside C drive and start the Gamez launcher and try to login and tell me if you still get any error.

If that fails; Try this.

Copy all contents of the folder in this picture: (CTRL + A then CTRL + C)

Go to your Programs files (x86) folder > NCSOFT > Aion and then delete everything inside Aion folder.

Paste (CTRL +V) the contents you copied to this same folder.

Then go back one folder and right click "Aion" folder and click properties. Check to see if the Folder size is over 28 GB.

Then go back inside Aion folder and locate "GamezAion".

Right click GamezAion then Run as admin.

 

Please don't confuse people He/she already has something to try so we can see the cause of the problem. Plus the Torrent folder is outdated like I said a few times so it's not that wise to delete a freshly installed client over an outdated Torrent file that takes a few (confusing for some) steps to update.
