    If your toon/character is stuck. There's a command to unstuck your toon/character, 1st login any character on your account and type .fix (name of the stuck toon/character).

    That should fix it.

    If Siel has a stigma system now, then it's that thing who goes wrong and provoke a shutdown again...

    Because when i tried to reconnect and worked for the few minuts, my characters was like before, all stigmas actives with the old way.

    1.) if you did the .fix and didnt work
    2.) and if an AM knows that it didnt work and advised you to wait for a restart

    then yes, it should be unstuck now.
