Player transfer

I've played on your server 1 or 2 years ago. Now i want to come back, but the lumiel server is empty. I don't see any reason why i should pay to transfer, since i came here to play for free. Notice me if you can transfer the character or atleast the account to siel. Otherwise i can't connect because i dont have another e-mail, and i won't make another one because i will not remember it.

 

So what you want to happen is be able to transfer from Lumiel to Siel for free because you came here to play for free? Ok, that sounds very reasonable and very convincing.

Nope, not gonna happen.

If you don't want to pay for anything then vote for the server until you earn enough credits to use for Player Transfer Service. Now, if you don't like this idea then you can start over in Siel from scratch using the same account. You don't really have to create and use an entirely new account so the excuse about not making another e-mail to make a new account because you won't remember it doesn't really make much sense.

 

You see how your own words are answering your own complaints? You should pay to transfer because Lumiel is not populated. If server transfers from Lumiel to Siel were free then there would be no point in keeping Lumiel, since all its players would have been long gone when they saw the server was not as populated as Siel.

You asking for a free transfer just because Lumiel is empty, is like going to a grocery store and asking for free products just because the store is out of stock. It doesn't work that way.

 

so you want to say that aprox 400 players or how many lumiel had, all payed to transfer to siel? i'm sure that there was a free transfer, i wont vote a month for a server that i played 11 months and then i left alone on the server . Or i should pay for a server that doesnt guarantee that i will find players after 2-3 months of playing? i asked for account transfer even if it doesnt transfer my characters... i have to make another e-mail just to play here, just to have something else to remember?? It's this the way that veterans should be rewarded? well, in this case i hope this comunity to waste their players as like as i wasted my time. Cheers

 

Yes, in the 4 years of Lumiel running, there have been free transfers for around 5 days. So yeah I guess you're correct, right?

People paid to leave the server. And you will not be treated differently. You have been here for 11 months? I have been here since 2010. It doesn't mean I should be doing whatever the hell I want and asking staff to give me whatever the hell I want.

 

well, i just ask to connect to the server with the same email just to dont make another one. Is that hard? i dont want to keep any items from lumiel. Let's all make a lot of emails just to connect to the same server. I guess the data base is pretty empty and it needs more accounts to be proud of the amount of accounts. it's pathetic

 

I am sorry but. You are aware that you can just create a character on Siel? You are saying "I don't need to transfer items from Lumiel", then why are you complaining about transfers instead of just creating a brand new character on Siel on the same account?

 

Because everytime i try to select the server it disconected me. I though i had to pay to transfer the account too. I just simply can't connect to siel with the same account. When i log in it automatically log me in in lumiel, and on the character screen when i push the server button, i get disconected

 

Then you should have contacted a staff member instead of asking for free transfers. What you're experiencing is a really common problem.

It is a common server-side issue that happens to almost everyone when we try to switch servers. And that is the solution.

I played many years ago as well.. I noticed there are only 4 players logged onto lumiel and 150+ on siel.
I payed for many of the items that i have on my account in lumiel, as well as vip, I will say its very unfortunate being stuck in lumiel and having missed the free transfer days. Though, not in such a rude way as OP stated. Are there ever going to be free transfer days in the future? I'm having a hard time getting back into the swing of things with 5 or so people online

 

All you need to do is get a character which you want to transfer, drop all your good items in it's inventory, and transfer.. Of course it will cost 1.5k, but you will have your vip and items and players around to play with in siel. I doubt there will be free transfers any time soon.

 

The VIP / Premium membership status affects the whole account so playing in one or the other doesn't affect that. I don't remember that there was a free transfer from Lumiel->Siel since that breaks the purpose of encouraging players to go to Lumiel. The free transfer which is currently still available now is from Siel->Lumiel. If what you mean by the future... if the Lumiel server finally closes down like what happened to Crystal.
