I'm going to make a guild, I'm not going to make a website though. Archeage haad it coming, looked so good during alpha (which is when I hyped it up on gamez), but literally everyone I've ever talked to about Archeage is salty about the entire experience. Not to say it will work out perfectly again, but I've been leading a guild in Tera for about 6 months now without issue, and will do the same in B&S

 

Pretty much what Lucent stated. A lot of crap started happening around that time for both of us that forced us to take time off from that game. Lucent moving and me making a career change that consumed a lot of my time. We both had little time to dedicate to the guild any longer honestly and we tried to hand it over to someone else but they didn't want it. Plus Archeage ended up being a clusterfuck from what I've been reading about it these days.

Yeah Trion done fucked it up. Archeage was a very fun game at times. I joined a big time PvP guild and often had a blast just hopping in boats and getting in big pirate raids against the other faction but Trionds P2W crap and horrendous RNG ruined everything.

I remember the last day I played back in January we just won the big PvP battle that happens once every few hours and I took my reward token to upgrade the medal that boots stats and stuff and got a DOWNGRADE. I was like WTF! You win, get tokens, pay for upgrade and get something WORSE than what you had originally.

I immediately said fuck this shit, logged out and never logged on since.


If people here play BnS I'll hop on the bandwagon just to be cool due to peer pressure and stuff but I don't know how much time I'll be able to dedicate to it.

BDO looks like its going to be Archeage v2

Of course Daum will manage it better than Trion most likely, so it will be better than Archeage in the end, with MUCH better character customization, but the combat/classes in it just don't interest me at all and the endgame looks as flat as anything. Ultimately I'm more excited about B&S and I'd prefer concentrating on it rather than splitting my time between the two.

 

I literally got tired waiting for this game to come out officially in NA/EU.. I just really hope that all the wait is worth it. Haven't been playing any games for awhile but this one's an exception - once it is out.

I heard POE was pretty good. I played for a little bit but never got very far due to being super busy, but I might try again.

I may also try Overwatch and some of the other MOBA like stuff. At least with those you don't need to no life it just to be successful.
