I don't see what the problem or complaint there is anyway. He said he will inquire about it. it's not like he said he doesn't know or anything like that. He is actually helping there so.... I'm a bit confused as to what you talk. You replied saying "ID?" lol. To teleport anyone to a specific place, especially instance they need an ID of the place of some sort to teleport you there. That's how it works.

and btw, he suppose to know the ID or any other problem he is an AM right like he says when he login if any concerns pm me then i PM he should say no i cant if he dont know, or sorry but i cant do that
