when i bought the NPC Level 64 Mobile Reward Wing, 2 weeks ago, i bought it thinking that was this one:
thats in the same page on the database.

 

maybe those wing remodels got switched somehow, just like how sea feast hairpin and wave song hairpin's remodels are swapped. is it something wrong with the item pak? or server files?

 

That would be on NCSofts side, not ours. It's wrong in the database itself.

 

I got the same blue wings....the thing is when u see them wings in the webshop it doesnt show u from the icon unlike the other wings how it would look like...SO ofc u wud copy n paste it on google or search that item with the same name hehe well i was surprised just like u guys, lets just hold on to the wings n wait for the admin's decision

 

omg. i brought the wings.. and you guys say that is not the wings you wanted for.. i checked the database before i buy it,the wings is awesome.. for now i havent checked it yet in game.. but when i saw those comments, i freaked out.. so maybe admins will do check it just like @JessiHan said,maybe it swapped. so this is my concern, "this is not the wings i wanted to buy". my credits is waste..

I highly doubt a refund or an exchange for the desired wings. There used to be that problem with the Silona's Pinions that lasted for 7days but cost a lot of credits, I heard that they didn't refund those purchases.

 

Then you should mention it at least. We just lose credits for useless wings. :c

 

This is total freaked out.. Credits is not easy to earn guys, we all know that.. We can waste it to our desire item we wanted to.. But this time, in my case, the wing in weekly shop is not what i expect to buy.. I hope this issue will be fix soon

 

Nothing to fix. Just do your research before you buy something, no one here guaranteed that aiondatabase.net would give correct item previews.

Huh! That wings is just the same to the wings dropped by the instance Agent Manor but just diff in color

 

But we have great expectations from aion data base .
That's what most of us used on basing items or researching items.

 

I, do believe that I have a set of wings that looks like that on one of my GM's.
I'll be around a lot later today but I'll check which ones they are.

If, they were changed, then it would be NCSoft's fault.
So. I'll either Refund the purchases.
Or if I find the correctly colored things. We'll send you those.

No, we were using our GM toons. I knew which wings they were and pretty sure Dimi did too, so yeah. If not then I might have been the only one that knew which wings they were..
