Important Common Errors & Fixes

Veteran player....long time lurker and recently interested in returning to my Gamez roots. At the moment the only issue I keep having is the "No game server is available to the authorization server. (6)" error. I have tired everything possible that this guide has pointed out for this particular issue.....but nothing seems to be working thus far. Any suggestions or help that can be provided in my case would be greatly appreciated.

 

i cant login with any of my chars always says " prepare to reconnect the selected character ( max 20 seconds ) " i was able to login once when i logged off it happened , after 10 mins still cant play any of my chars , is it new update feature ?

 

looks like i'm not the only one. Two of my chars are experiencing problems and logging onto my other chars and doing the ".fix" command didn't solve the problem. After restarting the client, all the chars I logged into during my previous session are now getting that message too. I have two chars left T_T

They are blocked. You need lower rank set like archon commander's divine hauberk and purrify it using CM, PE.

Always Error Updating the Gamezaion 4.8 in my PC
Im only in 20% its been 3 days ! because it Always Error
Ill try to Restart it and Repairt but it always Error!

Until now I dont have LFG

 

It isn't working i did everything i read here, turned of my antivira, the firewall as well, i made the DEU Folder and passed every thing that's supposed to be there but always when i open Gamez Aion it doesn't Update, instantly says that the servers are online, then i start the game, after i passed my password the second time correctly in i can chose the server, but after that i'm stuck in nothing..... nothing reacts anymore. What can i do?
when i open "version" it is written:

don't know if i need to downgrade anything, and if yes how do i do that?

 

Your version is 4.9 while we are still at 4.8.0.6 and that's probably what's causing the problems.
Right now unfortunately there is nothing you can do but wait until we release a downgrade so you can downgrade your client from 4.9 to 4.8.0.6

 

Can you downgrade from verson 4.9 >> 4.8 I don't wanna wait agaiinnnnnn my internet is shit when it comes to downloading lol

If it says it can't find some files, it means you are missing them, a repair would fix it, but also do it in a very bad way, it would update to 4.9 which is not compatible with Gamez 4.8 version.

 

I stuck up in Server Selections if i click siel, the pc will hang

 

Clients stuck at server selection are generally not the correct version as the server.
If you could go into your aion folder and open up the file version.ini.
If your client version is 4.9.0.X then you will need to download the torrent version we have provided: Here (Click Me)

 

Hi guys! Its been a long time. . ive been playing since 2010 but i stoped playin last mid 2014 and now im trying to play again. . Now my issue is ive download the game and the client but when im in the server selection and after clicking siel and select server nothing happens it just stayed there . .my client version is 4.9.0.5
Please help i really want to play again. . thanks!

 

I think you're not at the good version. Check your version.ini in Aion folder. You have to be in 4.8. If not, that's the problem
