NCLauncher error and slow download speed

Have been trying to fix this to update but it always crashes and the downlad speed is like a time bomb counting down from 3.5mbs to 1kbps. Can anyone help me with this problem thank you

 

You might want to restart your internet connection as it seems to be causing trouble. Problems like that also disappear with time, I got it once but it disappeared the next day.

are there any torrent or any other way to update because can you even download 11gb at such download speeds of 10kbps?

 

We do have a torrent, but it's outdated. That means that if you used the torrent, you would have to use the NCsoft launcher after, to download the remaining patches so you can have the correct version.

 

do i have to delete and restart for a million times to get this to work? have been trying for a hour now and it crashes every 2min

 

Told you. Keep restarting your internet connection. It's your connection that has a problem.

If you meant the other error, yes. You do. Also turn off your firewall and antivirus.

First of all, if you read my posts properly you would understand that my suggestion about the bad internet connection was for the first problem the user posted about the launcher losing the download speed, not the "cannot download file" one.

Second, not every problem is solved with one solution. I have had the same problem and none of the NCsoft forum solutions solved it, the one that is posted in the general fixes thread though (the one that I quoted) is the one that solves all the different types of the same problem.

 

i try all the general fixes guide here in gamezaion forum sir but that problem didn't solve ,, now i try to search to main Aion server forum and i found that tread . after i try that my problem is solve same as problem with this guy who posted this..

 

And which is why the fixes are "general" fixes. Obviously there will be times when the suggested fixes will not work. And that's when we contact the player in a private message so we can look at his computer and hep him solve the problem. However no players gets left hanging with nobody to at least try and help them solve their problem.
