    Is the siel server is down this time i try to connect but it always cannot connect to the server? is the server down or i have problem on my connection?

    Server is up. If you cant connect to the server, try this one.
    1. "Cannot connect to the server." (picture)
      Your connection to the server is "stuck", if you are using a ping reducer then uninstall it and re-download it, use it to connect and try again, if that doesn't work install another ping reducer, run it one time to "unstuck" your connection with it and try again.
