They stole my items

My account was hacked took all my items . please help me to recover and catch the thief .​

Incorrect. If they had actually been hacked, I would be inclined to restore this account.

Giving your account information away, nullifies anything that I may have been able to do for you.

Inputting your account details into a false website as you have and you cannot tell me that is not what you did after looking at account histories, is something that I cannot go back and help you with. Your account information is your responsibility. There are situations that we are able to help members who have legitimately been compromised.

As a note, which it does say in game on an auto timer. We will never ask you to go anywhere but GamezAION.com and will never ask for full account information.
Quite frankly, character name is more than enough for any of the GM or Mod team to assist you.

While I will say, that there are 5 more scammer accounts nullified. I cannot restore your account due to the circumstances surrounding it being compromised.

 

I know that feel bro, i have once hacked, putting my account in other website coz some guy pm me in game that they have a free items there.. That time i was a noobies.. Didnt know everything exept play the game.. Didnt even gamezaion forum exist that time lol so i did not report it immediately, even if i reported that incident, i dont think staff's gonna help me coz it's my fault, the game warn every player not to give account info to strangers even if he is your relative.. All i can say is, if u trust to give your account or put your account in any other website, be ready to take consequence either hacked and loose items, or the worst part is deleted characters..
