Can't login, help me pls

So after i login and click "Enter Server" it happens nothing, and after a few minutes i get disconnect.

 

What version is your Aion?
Go inside your Aion folder and find a file called "version", open it and tell me what version it says you have.

You most likely have this problem because your version is 4.9, while we support an earlier version.

Like I said, that's the reason why you cannot connect.
Sadly all you can do right now is wait until we release a downgrade so you can downgrade to the correct version. Unfortunately until then all you can do is download the game from the Torrent, but that will still cause a few problems since that is a lower version than the server's version too, however I believe the torrent version will at least allow you to login.

I could have told you to wait until the downgrade is released but I don't know when it will be ready so I don't wanna make you wait!
